Greenleaf Gourment Chopshop at Disney
Chef Jonathan Rollo, Commander-In-Leaf of Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop™ to appear at the Fourth Annual Disney's California Food & Wine Festival
Watch the lettuce fly this weekend and next, as Chef Jonathan Rollo will make special appearances at Disney's California Food & Wine Festival. Chef Rollo will conduct culinary demonstrations, introducing Greenleaf's "soon to be" newest addition to their menu, the Seared Ahi Nicoise Salad. He will reveal how he conceived of this new salad and will show festival goers how they make it at Greenleaf and how to serve it in the style of their Signature Lettuce Cups.
The following is his appearance schedule for the event.
Friday, April 24th -- 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm
Saturday, April 25th -- 10:30 am - 11:00 am
Saturday, May 2nd -- 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm
Sunday, May 3rd -- 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
All of Chef Rollo's culinary demonstrations will take place at the Sunshine Plaza.
The Disney's California Food & Wine Festival is a six-week event running from April 24th - June 7th, showcasing California's rich fusion of flavors. There will be cooking demonstrations, seminars, and recipes that reflect the Golden State's regional and culinary diversity.
